Founded by Artistic Director Lady Grey in 2015, Lady Grey's Lovelies is an award-winning vaudlesque ensemble featuring experienced, professional dancers, musicians and variety artists who create unique cabarets and vaudeville experiences for their audiences. They are dedicated to renewing and celebrating the Golden Age of Entertainment, drawing on years of  teaching, creating, and performing internationally. The Lovelies hail from Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, and Virginia. They each have unique backgrounds in vintage dance (ballet, tap, jazz, swing, burlesque, charleston, and more), live music (opera, jazz, folk, etc.), and variety arts (magic, flow arts, side show, acrobatics, etc.).

 

Though the Lovelies have performed everywhere from Broadway to international stages all over the globe, the ensemble made their official debut at the Vermont Burlesque Festival  in January 2016 and have been booked solid ever since. They began hosting a monthly late night cabaret at the State Theatre in State College, Pennsylvania in September 2016. Regularly selling out their themed shows, the Lovelies have been instrumental in changing the landscape of live entertainment in the area.
